Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave is an in-demand accountability coach these days — but it wasn’t always that way. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fitness pro used to struggle with her own weight and discipline, too. Exhibit A: a very awkward date-night pizza fail.
So you might think Teddi would know her way around fast food — recalling those cravings from her earlier life, and maybe even translating them into doable tips for navigating drive-through menus in a more healthy way in the current version of her life. But when a fan asked her a version question on Instagram, her answer was… not totally direct.
“If you were stuck going to like BK or McD and cals didn’t count, what would you get?” Teddi’s response? “Neither — I would be all over @tacobell or @innout!”
And indeed, when Teddi told The Feast that cringe-worthy pizza story, she also told us this: “I used to be a Pizza Hut VIP and a Taco Bell junkie. Those were my two favorite.” (No offense to Burger King or McDonald’s — a restaurant after Andy Cohen’s own heart!)
