DNA and family tree lead police to alleged killer in 1967 rape and murder case

The Seattle Police Department said Tuesday that Susan Galvin was working as a records clerk for the department at the time of her murder. Her body was found on July 6, 1967, after she did not show up for work, in a parking garage elevator at the Seattle Center. Galvin had been raped and strangled, police said.
